Peer to Peer Learning
Peer to Peer (P2P) learning aims to create an ongoing system where educators from our schools encourage and accelerate the pursuit of excellence in applying the Ten Mantras Model throughout the year.
Once a year representatives from all schools come together to exchange ideas and experiences for collective problem solving.

THE 1st Edu-GIRLS INTER-SCHOOL LEARNING FORUM 2024
The First Inter-School Learning Forum was organized in Jaipur in February 2024. The prime focus was on Learning from the Flagship. Four programs which had been piloted and mainstreamed at VGS, were promoted for wider adoption: ECD, DLP, TASI, CDP
RESULTS :
● All Schools began implementation all four programs as part of their annual contracts.
● Thematic Working Groups were created across all schools with the TA Office providing anchors.
THE 2nd Edu-GIRLS INTER-SCHOOL LEARNING FORUM 2025
The Second Inter-School Learning Forum in February 2025 shifted the focus towards Consultative Problem Solving based on issues raised by participants prior to the Forum. There was greater use of case studies and major emphasis on bottom up action planning. Areas of special focus were Teacher Development, Digital Learning and ASSET Testing, Domestic Fund Raising, Communication & Nutrition.
RESULTS :
● Schools developed their own Action Plans to underpin their future growth.
● Areas needing adjustments in program design were identified.
● Post Forum, inter-school teams worked on shared issues:
○ Model Teacher
○ Private schooling post grade 7
○ Teacher Skilling Programs
