RESULTS BASED ACCOUNTABILITY
The Edu-GIRLS Results Based Accountability system is built on three pillars at three levels.
*CARE - Comprehensive Assessment, Reports and Evaluation for Schools (CARES) provides assistance to teachers so that they can focus on their core competency as well as provides insights about students to help they can improve their fundamentals.
ASSET - Ei ASSET is a skill-based assessment that evaluates students’ conceptual understanding, benchmarks the school’s performance against 1000 English medium schools in India.
TIPS - Teacher Impact Programs
PIPs - Performance Improvement Program, Customized for each teacher including Skill Development.
