Development of Model Teachers
1. ASSET Result : Any teacher scoring above 570 on ASSET will be categorized as a Model Teacher, demonstrating commitment to continuously improve their instructional skills.
2. CARES Student Result : If more than 60 percent of students show improvement in CARES result, the teacher will be considered a Model Teacher, highlighting teacher's commitment to student growth.
3. Attendance & Timekeeping : Teachers who maintain excellent attendance and punctuality will be given high score.
4. Discipline : Teachers will be evaluated on their overall discipline and conduct within the school environment, maintaining a positive, respectful, and professional attitude towards students, colleagues, and administration.
5. Pedagogy & Content Knowledge : A Model Teacher must have strong subject knowledge and effective teaching methods, including use of technology and modern teaching aids to enhance learning.
6. Continuous Learning & Professional Development : Teachers should demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning and self-improvement by attending workshops, pursuing higher education, or research work to improve their skills.
